DIRECTIONS OF USE

Take on a daily serving of CreaMax™ (5g, 1 heaped scoop of powder) mixed with 150-200ml of cold water or other beverage. CreaMax™ should be cycled: at least 2 weeks of abstinence after 8 to 12 weeks of usage. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
