Can I cancel or change my order?

Placed an order and upon receipt came to the conclusion that you do not need the item? 

You have 14 days to cancel your order, this is covered by our 14 day return policy, which starts the day after you receive your order. It's that simple, you just need to follow the steps below (Read 'What to do when returning an item'). The items may only be returned unused in the original condition as you received it.

Please contact our customer service to organize a return.

We need from you:

  • the order number
  • the name of the item you want to return
  • the reason for the return 

Once we have received this information, we will send you a unique return authorization number and any further information required. Please pack the item securely and make sure the return form is included. Make sure you receive proof of postage when you return the item. This is free of charge and without this proof, in the unlikely event that the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to process a refund or send a replacement item.

If you have requested a replacement item and this product is no longer available, we will refund the amount to the account used for the original purchase. Any item that you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a supplier who insures the amount of the goods.
