OUR RETURN POLICY

Our returns policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time. This return policy was last updated on 21/02/2024.

 

IT'S VERY EASY.
If an error or problem occurs, it must be reported to us as soon as possible so that we can resolve it quickly. Please ensure you have a return authorization number before returning any products. This authorization number can be obtained from our customer service. Without this number, it may be difficult to process the return and the process may take longer.



WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING AN ARTICLE?
Please contact our customer service to organize a return.



We need from you:

  • the order number
  • the name of the item you want to return
  • the reason for the return

 

Once we have received this information, we will send you a unique return authorization number and any further information required. Please pack the item securely and make sure the return form is included. Make sure you receive proof of postage when you return the item. This is free of charge and without this proof, in the unlikely event that the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to process a refund or send a replacement item.

If you have requested a replacement item and this product is no longer available, we will refund the amount to the account used for the original purchase. Any item that you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a supplier who insures the amount of the goods.


CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Placed an order and upon receipt came to the conclusion that you do not need the item? You have 14 days to cancel your order, this is covered by our 14 day return policy, which starts the day after you receive your order. It's that simple, you just need to follow the steps below (Read 'What to do when returning an item'). The items may only be returned unused in the original condition as you received it.


RECEIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS?
We apologize for receiving a damaged or incorrect product. We understand how frustrating this can be and we will resolve this as soon as possible. If you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us. We would like to know what is wrong so that we can tell you what the next steps are. Our Wrong Product Returns Policy upholds your legal rights.



ITEM NOT RECEIVED?
We apologize for the fact that you did not receive the item. This is rare and we want to solve this for you as soon as possible. To receive a refund or replacement product, please notify us within 21 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email that you have not received the item.



YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS?
Our returns policy does not undermine your legal rights. For more information about your legal rights, please visit the website of the Dutch government: https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/



RETURNING A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT?
If an ordered item turned out to be faulty and it has been replaced, you have the right to cancel your order of the replacement product within 7 working days starting on the day after you have received the replacement item and you will receive a refund.

 

COSTS OF RETURNS?
We can only reimburse the return costs if:

  • we sent the wrong item
  • the item is incorrect or damaged
  • you return a replacement item or receive a replacement item that you do not want to keep.

We will not pay return costs for items that are in working order. The cost of returning an item depends on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
